(“MD Square”, “we,” or “us”), uses and maintains this Policy that summarizes when and how your personal information is collected, used, protected and disclosed in connection with your use of the Service(s) (defined below) on the Platform. The literature works, features, functions, and other services provided through the Platform, and where the context permits, software and applications downloaded from the Platform, collectively constitute the “Service(s)”.

Moreover, we reserve the right to retain your information in our files if we believe it is necessary or advisable to resolve disputes, enforce the MD Square End User License Agreement, and for technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the Service.
